Russia Energy Min Novak: Willing to discuss measures with other oil producer - RTRS
Russian oil minister Alexander Novak was out on wires, via Reuters, and said that Russia was willing to discuss measures with other oil producers in order to stabilize global oil prices.

The comments came after Russian Deputy Energy Minister Kirill Molodtsov, while talking to reporters on the sidelines of an energy conference in Moscow, said that Russia "in theory" can reduce its oil output by 5%.
OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers are scheduled to meet in Algeria on Sept. 26-28 and are likely to discuss on possible production freeze agreement.
