Key events for the day ahead - Rabobank

FXStreet (Guatemala) - Analysts at Rabobank noted the key events ahead form here on.

Key Quotes:

"Today sees the Fed’s Evans talking on the economy and monetary policy; any change of opinion from him after the housing numbers would be notable given how dovish he was on Monday."

"Then we see the BOE’s May minutes, which even if they don’t echo Mr. Blanchflower’s recent comments, may still weigh on GBP even further (1.57, we hardly knew thee?)."

"It’s then quiet right the way through until we get the FOMC April minutes: are they going to be “Evans-ish”, in which case USD may well give back much of what it has just regained (and raising the ante for the ECB even further)? Or will they reflect what we just saw from the housing data, in which case there could still be further momentum in the same direction for USD? That’s certainly likely to be the foundation for trading ahead."
