EUR/NZD slides in a quiet Asian session
FXStreet (Mumbai) - The single currency lost ground against the New Zealand dollar, extending losses from the previous session as the US dollar bulls took a breather against the Kiwi.
Currently, the NZD/USD pair is seen trading up at 0.7778 levels, which pushed the cross in EUR/NZD lower by 0.14% to 1.5674 levels, after having clocked day’s high at 1.5726 levels. The EUR/NZD pair is expected to trade lower as long as the Kiwi holds higher against the greenback. The NZD/USD pair recovered today to trade close to day’s high of 1.7782, up 0.10% on the day.
EUR/NZD Technical Levels
The pair has an immediate resistance at 1.5707 (Nov 23 High) levels, above which gains could be extended to 1.5726 (Today’s High) levels. On the flip side, support is seen at 1.5663 (Dec 26 Low) levels, from here it to 1.56 levels.
